Terms and Conditions
By using Free Business Card Maker (the "site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms are a general template and are not legal advice.
The service
The site lets you design business cards in your browser and print them. It is provided free of charge and may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn at any time without notice.
Accounts
You can use the card maker without an account. To save cards to our servers you create an account with your name and an email address you control, and sign in with one-time codes we send to that address. You are responsible for keeping access to your email, and for activity under your account. You may keep up to 25 saved cards. We may limit, suspend or delete accounts that are abused or that put the site at risk. You can delete your own account at any time.
Saved cards are provided as a convenience and are not a backup service. Keep your own copy of anything important, such as a printout or an exported PDF.
Your content
You keep all rights to the text, logos and images you enter. You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have the right to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break any law. Unless you save a card to your account, your content stays in your browser and is not uploaded to us.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site to create material that is unlawful, misleading, hateful, or that impersonates another person or organization; or to interfere with or attempt to disrupt the site.
Check before you print
You are responsible for checking every detail on your cards, including names, numbers, addresses and QR codes, before printing. Print results vary by printer, paper and settings, and we do not guarantee exact sizing, color or alignment.
Our content and software
The site, its design and its guides are protected by copyright. The site uses open-source components under their own licenses, including the qrcode-generator library (MIT) and Font Awesome Free icons (CC BY 4.0). You may not copy or republish the site's guides without permission.
Advertising and third-party services
The site may display advertising and may rely on third-party services, such as a contact form provider. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites or services, and your use of them is subject to their terms.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that it will be error-free or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profits or printed materials, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
